Who's Missing? Whose Mission?


You may be surprised to hear where many missionaries first heard God's call. One might talk about a missionary to Africa who spoke at his church when he was 8 years old. Another might tell you that a favorite Girls-in-Action or Royal Ambassador leader instilled a love for people around the world.

You play a key role in teaching children about God's love for children who live in Peru, Ghana, India or China, about the people He uses to show His love and about His commission to all who love Him to tell His story around the world. During 2009, we invite you to join us as we focus on "Who's Missing? Whose Mission?"  More than 1.5 billion people are still missing out on the opportunity to hear the Gospel. Do your children know they have an important role in helping to reach them?

You also play a key role in helping children develop a lifestyle of giving to support missionaries through the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering. Here are some resources to help you teach children about giving:
