The home offices of the International Mission Board provide a broad range of services to missionaries, Southern Baptists and others involved in global evangelism. The administrative offices are located in Richmond and the International Learning Center which is located about 20 miles west of the city. Overseas service enhances staff members’ understanding of the scope of its global operations and some assignments actually require missionary service. The board must have expertise in numerous career areas, such as, administration, administrative support, information technology, finance, media services, consulting and customer service.
