Seeing how their dollars
are used
My husband and I have taken a number of short-term
mission trips on the field, and weve come to appreciate
and understand what an excellent mission organization we
have as Southern Baptists. When our son and his family became
missionaries, we realized that a personal involvement makes
you more aware of the needs. We just received an e-mail from
our son the other day saying that there is a new believer
in a part of the world where there are consequences for believers
who meet. Seeing how our dollars are used on the field motivates
us to give even more. Lynda G., member, Covenant
Baptist Church, Topeka, Kan.
