People Group Focus: Khon Muang of Thailand

The Khon Muang heritage is rooted in what was once known as the Lan Na Kingdom in what is now Northern Thailand. Although missionaries have worked with them for 142 years, they remain an unreached people group with only 0.2% confessing Jesus Christ as their Savior.

Be part of the IWC project in Northern Thailand this summer!

See other projects in Thailand.

Prayer Points for the Khon Muang

Pray the God would be honored through the efforts made to expand His Kingdom among the Khon Muang.

Pray that local Christians will realize their responsibility to share the Gospel with their friends and neighbors.

Ask the Holy Spirit to convict the Khon Muang about sin, righteousness and judgment (see John 16:8) so that they realize their need of a savior.

Information about the Khon Muang taken from Faces of the Pacific Rim. View the online version or order your copy today.

Missions Bible Study:
Finding God's Will

By Felicity Watson

WHAT IS GOD’S WILL FOR MY LIFE?!! At some point all college students who earnestly seek God ask this question. What most of them don’t know is that God has already laid out for us His will for each of our lives. God wants us to be part of His plan to bless all the people groups of the earth with an intimate relationship with Himself through His Son, Jesus.

Don’t believe that is God’s will for you? Don’t take my word for it—check it out for yourself. Read more . . .
