A celebration in the streets of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The celebration included dancing, music, food, and lots of people. It was either a dedication of a new building or a new business. (Local workers were unsure of the exact purpose). The men played on their drums and some danced in masks out in the street outside of the building, while inside there was a meal prepared for many people to enjoy. A boy looks on as this uncommon occasion takes place.
