Bazaar in Tabriz

An Azeri woman wearing a chador, or black cloak, shops with her son in the covered bazaar in Tabriz, Iran. This huge bazaar, said to be the largest bazaar and the oldest covered bazaar in Iran, consists of about six (6) kilometers of connected corridors. Construction began on the bazaar over 1,000 years ago.
