A small village near Kilistra. Here, some of the local women headed to and from the farm fields. Kilistra is a much smaller version of the more famous Cappadocia with houses and churches carved into the soft rock of the mountains. The people of this ancient civilization who accepted Christianity during the Roman times are believed to have chosen the area to protect themselves against assaults.
