Nearly one million people in this region of Southeast Asia are under the control of a Communist rebel army cartel. To keep their ranks filled, every village family is required to give some of their children to the army. Seen as the least “valuable,” the youngest children are usually given to the army. From as early as five years old, these children grow up in army barracks, learning to live with the trauma of abandonment and abuse from such conditions.
Jesus sees these children and wants to redeem them. But how will these children ever be rescued and hear the gospel of Jesus? How will this region and culture be redeemed? You can be a part of His rescue plan for these children through your gift to the rescue center. Your gift will support the caregivers and the basic needs of the children, allowing the children to grow up in a Christ-honoring community and receive an opportunity for a new life that would never have been possible otherwise.
