About This Project
Children in poor communities throughout Central Thailand have few safe places to go after school and on weekends. The parents are busy working, and grandparents or other relatives often cannot help. A team of long-term Christian workers partners with local churches and believers to enter these communities and build relationships with these families. They host events such as kids’ camps and educational activities such as free tutoring, English corners, and music classes. They also offer parenting classes and Bible studies to meet the community’s spiritual needs. By caring for the children in the community, they earn the trust and respect of parents and community leaders. This outreach enables local believers to share their lives with the community so they can share the gospel, start small groups, and plant indigenous community churches.
This project also supports The ELM Ministry pregnancy help centers. This ministry equips the local Thai community to make informed decisions regarding life in the womb. It strengthens the community by supporting young women experiencing unplanned pregnancies and empowers them to better their lives with job opportunities, education, and gospel exposure. This ministry also equips local Thai churches to provide pregnancy support to at-risk mothers through training, coaching, and resource support.
Your partnership is vital to providing for children born and unborn, supporting local Thai communities, and spreading the gospel to those who have never heard that Jesus loves them.
Why direct giving matters
Giving directly to a missionary team helps fund the specific, on-the-ground needs your missionaries care deeply about—needs that aren't covered by CP and LMCO alone.
12-year-old Sammy first heard about Jesus at English Camp. Our team partnered with a local Thai Church to host free English Camps in local schools, where we played games and taught English while local believers shared the gospel with every student.
After the camp, Sammy contacted the church to learn more about Jesus. Sammy is the son of migrant workers from a closed country, and they live in a rural migrant camp. On our first visit, Sammy’s parents and several neighbors gathered to listen to the Bible lessons. The local believers did a great job sharing the gospel. At the end of the presentation, Sammy stood up and said, “Teacher, I believe!” Sammy prayed to accept Christ right then.
Since then, a local Thai church has held weekly Bible studies at Sammy’s home. Within a short period, Sammy’s mom and a classmate also professed faith in Christ. We continue to partner with this local Thai church to lead English camps, provide free after-school tutoring, and visit Sammy and other students who want to learn about Jesus.
Join us in prayer:
Thank you for sacrificially giving and faithfully interceding for Central Thailand’s people. Children in poor communities here have few safe places to go after school and on weekends, with parents busy working and other relatives who cannot help. Along with you, we partner with local churches to enter these communities and build relationships with these families. Your generosity hosts events like kids’ camps and educational activities, including free tutoring, English corners, music and parenting classes, and Bible studies.
Lives are transformed through English camps. Our team partners with a local Thai church to host free English camps in local schools. We play games, teach English, and local believers share the gospel with every student. That is where 12-year-old Niran* first heard about Jesus.
After the camp, Niran contacted the church to learn more about Jesus. The son of Burmese migrant workers, Niran’s family lives in a rural migrant camp. On our first visit, his parents and neighbors gathered to listen to the Bible lessons. Local believers did a great job of sharing the gospel. At the end of the lesson, Niran stood up, and I said, “Teacher, I believe!”
Niran prayed to accept Christ right then. The local church now holds weekly Bible studies at his home. Niran’s mom and another classmate have also professed faith in Christ. We continue to partner with this local church to lead English camps, provide free after-school tutoring, and visit Niran and other students who want to learn about Jesus.
Please join us in prayer.

Your prayers and gifts address the world’s greatest problem: lostness. Thank you for partnering with us in this ministry. Please prayerfully consider making another gift to reach Central Thailand for Christ.
