About This Project
IMB field personnel need ongoing learning opportunities to increase their effectiveness in ministry. Ephesians 4 describes how each believer is gifted “to equip the saints for the work of ministry” (Eph. 4:12). Like personnel in other careers, missionaries need ongoing equipping and development to increase their effectiveness in life and ministry. Your gift to Equip the Saints will enable field leaders to plan and implement appropriate training for those engaged in frontline missions work among unreached peoples and places in the Asian Pacific Rim (APAC). Training areas include theology, strategy development, language and cultural acquisition, teamwork, and personal and spiritual health. Training costs include training venue rental, airfare, accommodations, and meals.
Intentional personnel development will increase success in ministry and retention of seasoned missionaries. We invite you to invest in our field personnel as they pour out their lives for the sake of the gospel among the unreached!
