About This Project
Local believers must be trained to become evangelists and church planters for South Asia’s remaining unreached people groups to be reached with the gospel. Your gift through this initiative will provide ongoing church-planting and leadership-development training as well as theological education classes in sixteen states around South Asia. Literacy and community-sustainability projects will also be developed to gain access and credibility in unreached communities. Expansion into at least three new states and one new country in the region is an end goal of the training, accomplished by sending qualified South Asian candidates as missionaries to surrounding areas and the ends of the earth.
In the next five years, a globalization goal of all IMB workers is to mobilize 500 local believers to become global missionary partners serving on IMB teams.
