Your gifts to this project have allowed us to establish a distribution system that has reached viewers in all 96 languages. Over the past year, 1,715 Central Asian Muslims have watched a complete video in their heart language.
Recently, our team discovered that in one war-torn region three different language groups had minimal video views. We wondered whether hostilities had caused people to move out of the area. Your giving enabled us to hire a social media expert. With this expertise, we promoted the videos in three specific villages. Shortly, we saw an almost ten-fold response with over 215 complete views. People from these areas clicked “like” or “forward” or made a comment over 200 times.
We found that people were still living in the area, but they are enduring great difficulties. We continue to be amazed at how many people connect with the videos and share them.
Our team is now expanding the outreach to tribal groups high in the mountains of a nearby Muslim country where there were no known Christians. A Christian woman wrote to us explaining that though she is not from that people group she is using these videos to reach out to her Muslim friends who speak this language and are part of this people group. Your giving is providing tools that Christians like this woman, who live far beyond our ability to travel, are using to spread the Good News that Jesus is the way Muslims can know their sins are forgiven and find eternal life.
Prayer Requests
Knowing we have funds available because of your gifts, we have recently started on an ‘A’ language translation. Pray for that work. We have a worker who lives in ‘A land’ -- the Muslim part of a large Central Asian country. He knows ‘A’ people who can help. He was amazed to hear there are funds available to help with such a small language. These people may be small numerically, but they are precious to our Father. So, we are moving ahead! I am getting the word out to others like this man who can help with the other languages. Pray we get 10 more teams working soon!

With its blue-domed cities, frenetic bazaars, and remote yurts, Central Asia captures the romance of the Silk Road. Ancient traditions, loyal relationships, and generous hospitality make up the foundation of Central Asian values. Once home to the early church, Islam is now the predominant religion of Central Asia. Architecture, dress, and cultural expectations are all marked by it's influence.
Political, religious, and cultural divisions have fractured Central Asia's governments and global relations. This instability has left people seeking an anchor for hope and peace. Jesus is their peace, but most of Central Asia's 365 million people have no knowledge of the gospel.Pray that as Central Asians will meet the life-giver and Prince of Peace so they can experience the abundant joy that Jesus offers.
