This step includes in-person interviews in Richmond, VA, as well as a final interview with a missionary team leader to determine your job fit and location.

  1. Interview Conference

    You will participate in a series of in-person interviews, dialogue about opportunities around the world, and discuss some of the challenges and joys of cross-cultural ministry.

  2. Field
    Interview

    After the Interview Conference, you will apply for specific jobs and participate in a final field interview (via video) with a missionary team leader.
