The NaYiri, Overlord of the Traditional Mamprugu Area, sits in front of his palace in Nalerigu, Ghana during an enskinment ceremony for Mamprusi chiefs. He is surrounded by his traditional council of elders, subchiefs and warriors. NaBohaga Mahami Abdulai Sheriga, is the son of the late NaSheriga who ruled as the paramount chief of the Mamprusi in the 1950s and 60s.
