Antique Street in Tarsus is one of the only ruins that have been found in the ancient city and it was found by mistake while digging was taking place for a shopping mall. The ancient street, which remains exactly in Tarsus Centrum, is a perfect example of how life was lived in Roman times. It even has an underground water and sewage system.
