A floating village in Cambodia. The villagers make their income from selling fish. Their diets consist of mostly fish and rice. A tour boat brings in boxes of noodles to the villagers. They provide no other form of help to the village and often simply cause more harm than help. The villagers gather around a restaurant where the noodles are dispersed and chaos usually ensues.
