Hubei Province, the center of the coronavirus outbreak, remains isolated from the rest of the country and the rest of the world. This has been referred to as sacrificing Hubei in order to save the world from the virus. To the world, this is well accepted, but to the nearly 60 million people in Hubei, this is frightening.
