Krakow playground

In Kraków, Poland, one edge of this playground is formed by the wall the Nazis built surrounding the Kraków ghetto. Thousands of Jews lived, worked and died in the Kraków ghetto or in the nearby Płaszów camp. They never made it to Auschwitz as the Nazis had an extensive system of camps and ghettos across Europe during the Holocaust.
