A volunteer from Champion Forest Baptist Church in Houston, Texas, chats with children in Fuerteventura, in the Canary Islands. IMB missionaries Pepe and Shari Lopez started summer camps for children as a way to initiate and build relationships with the children’s parents. The camps take place in government-owned buildings and are staffed by volunteers who come from the USA along with any IMB workers.
