The Eucharist

On this day the entire Roman Catholic faith focuses on the Easter Sunday Mass on St. Peter’s Square in the Vatican City in Rome, Italy. Easter Sunday is one of the special days for Catholics to receive the Eucharist, or Holy Communion. While the Eucharist can be taken anytime, Catholics are commanded to do it at least once a year on Easter Sunday.
