Drivers!!! We Need Drivers!! Do you feel comfortable and do not mind driving in heavy urban traffic? Do you have a valid US Driver's License? Are you willing to get an AAA international Driver's License? Have you thought, “I wish there was a ministry that would allow me to serve teams internationally by driving them around, making sure they are where they need to be to share the Good News, and make sure they have the material and tools necessary to accomplish their mission?” Well, have we got the job for you! You will need to be able to operate a vehicle with manual transmission (Stick Shift). Project Northern Lights is a distribution ministry that brings in multiple teams to give out free bibles and other Gospel material while at the same time sharing the Good News with those they meet in various locations throughout our city. We need qualified men and women aged 25 to 70 that will transport people and material to the various locations and to and from the airport. You will also move material from storage to our meeting site. The work can start in the mornings as early as 2:00 am and go for 8 to 10 hours, sometimes a little longer. You will work 5 or 6 days a week depending on how many drivers we have at any given time. It will be a demanding job, but you get to meet and work with almost every volunteer that comes through the project during your time. You will also work alongside our volunteer's distributing material and sharing during the distribution and EV times. We would prefer that drivers commit to the full project from June 2 – July 31 but, if you cannot, the dates are flexible within the above mentioned dates. However, we will need you to commit to a minimum of 2 weeks. You can work 2 weeks or 3 weeks or a month. If this is the case, then we need you to contact us prior to applying.
