Team Naa Savi is made up of two families and 1 single female, all living in a Mixtec village in the mountains of Southern Guerrero. We need help with home school so that our moms (and dads!) can be freer to evangelize in the community as well as disciple and train our church leaders. This fall one of the families will be taking a stateside furlough so only one family will be present. The children you will be helping with range from age 7 to 14 (grades 2nd to 8th). Teaching experience is not necessary and we will provide all curriculum and materials. We are a church-planting team, so there will be opportunities to get to know people in the community and participate in evangelism and discipleship. Spanish is not needed but helpful. Ministry will be in partnership with the family, the other single female missionary, and national believers. Ministry opportunities may include: assisting the new church with children’s activities, assisting teammates with community events such as English classes, accompanying teammates and national believers to more remote areas for evangelism and church planting. Come join our team as we work to reach the Mixtec people with the gospel of Jesus Christ!
