DESCRIPTION

Go Experience is a gateway opportunity for Southern Baptist churches to serve on short-term trips with IMB teams. In this packaged trip format, IMB facilitates the field connection, pre-trip training, ground expenses and logistics, and travel arrangements.

  • Go Experience - An IMB volunteer pathway designed to provide churches with a short-term mission trip as a gateway opportunity with hands-on ministry experience, pre-trip training, and onsite training. A crucial element is vision-casting during the trip provided by the field--offering next steps to continue as a partner with the missionary team and/or the affinity. The trip packages the field connection, travel arrangements, finances, registration, and training. Trips are hosted by IMB missionary teams who plan the ministry, make the local arrangements, and conduct training for the group as part of the trip.
