DESCRIPTION

Enter into conversations with Muslims so that the good news of Jesus Christ can be made known. The highest concentration of Muslims in the world reside here in South Asia. You will be a part of a team that engages Muslims daily with the good news of Jesus. As you build relationships, it will be essential to follow up regularly and share stories of hope from God’s Word in a way they understand. Sharing the special things of Jesus! You will also come alongside local churches to train and equip believers to share their faith, make disciples, and reach even more Muslims.

Other Requirements

  • Hands On - An opportunity to serve on mission for one or two semesters while being mentored by an IMB field missionary. Timeframes vary based on location. Active members of Southern Baptist churches receive a subsidy making their price between $3,950 - $6,950 depending on length of service. See trip information for exact price. This cost includes airfare, emergency insurance, visas, and field costs. The cost is double for applicants who are not members of a Southern Baptist Church. All monies raised or donated in excess of the stated cost of this particular Hands On trip will be used to offset the additional, subsidized field cost expenditure for the student. These monies may also be used to supplement the broader cost of ministry related to the Hands On program, in general.
