Join us for Summer 2027 in Busan, South Korea, for a season of ministry and service. We are seeking men and women with a heart to serve and share the hope of the gospel. Busan is one of the least evangelized regions in South Korea. Fewer than 2% of Generation Z identify as Christian, and the city’s growing international community creates unique opportunities to share the love of Christ with both young adults and foreign migrants. We invite you to prayerfully consider spending your summer in Busan as we serve together, build relationships, and make Christ known.
Your journey will begin with orientation at the Nehemiah Teams Training Center in Mentone, Alabama, alongside other Nehemiah Teams. During this time, you will receive training for your ministry assignment and build strong relationships with your team. After orientation, your team will travel to South Korea for the summer. At the end of the program, you will return to the United States for a joint debrief, where you’ll reflect on your experiences and share what God has done throughout the summer. Participants must be able to commit to the entire program, including orientation, the full summer assignment, and the final debrief.
Nehemiah Teams – An 8 week summer opportunity for students over the age of 18. Nehemiah Teams train prior to service in Alabama and return to Alabama at the end of the summer for debriefing.
