Be an iWitness: Empower Digital Gospel Outreach through Technical Expertise and Platform Management Are you a university student or recent graduate with a passion for technology and a heart for missions? We're looking for a skilled Technical Support / Platform Manager to join our Asia-Pacific Rim Digital Engagement Team as a Missionary Resident for 4, 8 or 12 months. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our digital tools and systems, powering outreach and gospel messaging to the unreached. Imagine setting up and maintaining ad accounts, messaging platforms, and landing pages, as well as troubleshooting technical issues and providing support to team members. You'll have the opportunity to: - Manage and integrate digital platforms, such as ad accounts, chat tools, and CRMs - Troubleshoot technical problems and serve as a go-to support person for team members - Connect systems using tools like Zapier, APIs, or native integrations - Implement best practices for data privacy and system security - Monitor and optimize landing pages for better user experience Our team's mission is to empower personnel and partners to strategically use digital technology, supporting and accelerating core missionary tasks. We envision a future where every person in the Asia-Pacific Rim can hear the message of Jesus through digital technology, and believers are equipped to be faithful witnesses. The team also engages in local incarnational ministry by participating in Core Missionary Tasks including evangelism and discipling. These dual efforts reflect our commitment to both digital and local ministry.
