DESCRIPTION
Work alongside logistics staff members who work in multiple countries around Central and South America. Learn about how the support side of missions keeps church plants and staff running. Work and learn about mission presences in different countries, visa processes, and what it takes to keep missionaries on the field in different countries. Work on business contracts, attend meetings with local lawyers and national staff members, and assist on projects involving non-profit entity management, visa research for future mission work, and property management. This job will also allow you to join in local ministry in a Peruvian church setting, be involved in evangelism in a Latin American context, as well as be discipled weekly while on the field. You will have the opportunity to help in a community outreach project inside the local church during your time here. Having at least basic conversational Spanish is required, as most of the work will involve reading and speaking Spanish with national staff and partners. This job is for one female, preferably with an interest in business and administration side of missions. Interest in learning more about mission project management and international nonprofit business is also preferred. Experience is not required but would be helpful.
