Blend your biz management and HR skills with Gospel vibes! Flex your logistics skills to back up missionaries, like yourself, in South Asia, helping them live their best lives on the field and crush their mission to glorify the Lord and see His kingdom come to all South Asian peoples. Your behind-the-scenes hustle will keep things running smoothly and make a real difference. We're looking for the right squad to dive into international biz management and HR with a Gospel twist. You'll be part of a local biz crew, sharing the Greatest News with English-speaking zoomers who might be hearing it for the first time. Get ready to be on the frontlines and make a real impact!

Other Requirements

  • Residency - An opportunity to serve on mission for one or two semesters while being mentored by an IMB field missionary. Active members of Southern Baptist churches receive a subsidy, which includes travel to/from Orientation/Debrief at ILC, room and board at Orientation/Debrief, travel to/from the field and emergency insurance. There is no subsidy for applicants who are not members of a Southern Baptist Church. All monies raised or donated in excess of the stated cost of this particular Residency trip will be used to offset the additional, subsidized field cost expenditure for the student. These monies may also be used to supplement the broader cost of ministry related to the Residency program, in general.
