Be an iWitness in APAC: Manage Social Media that Inspires, Uplifts, and Shares the Gospel Across Cultures through Digital Media and Creative Storytelling Are you a university student or recent graduate with a passion for digital storytelling and a heart for missions? We’re looking for a self-starting, creative Social Media Manager to join our Asia-Pacific Rim Digital Engagement Team as a Missionary Resident for 4, 8, or 12 months. This hands-on role focuses on producing compelling content that reaches the unreached through digital platforms. As a creator, you’ll design and deliver high-quality media that inspires interest and communicates hope. You’ll produce content for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube that points seekers toward Jesus and opens the door to deeper engagement. You’ll have the opportunity to: • Create short-form video reels for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts • Design graphic slide decks and standalone banner ads for social media outreach • Write brief but meaningful captions and calls to action rooted in gospel truth • Craft visually striking content with minimal supervision or coordination • Tailor media for diverse cultural audiences across the Asia-Pacific Rim • Observe basic analytics to refine content types and boost effectiveness Our team's mission is to empower personnel and partners to strategically use digital technology, supporting and accelerating core missionary tasks. We envision a future where every person in the Asia-Pacific Rim can hear the message of Jesus through digital technology, and believers are equipped to be faithful witnesses. The team also engages in local incarnational ministry by participating in Core Missionary Tasks including evangelism and discipling.
