Members of the ministry Jesucristo Senal de Salida, or “Jesus Christ is the way out,” regularly minister to prostitutes in Guayaquil, Ecuador, offering them hope in Christ and job training to bring them out of prostitution. Members of Jesucristo Senal de Salida meet weekly to pray for these prostitutes.

Mestizo believers in the Guayas province of Ecuador, meet in the home and business of a national believer who owns a beauty parlor. Each week, believers take turns leading the group.

Since the introduction of house churches in Guayaquil, Guayas province, Ecuador, IMB missionaries have seen steady growth in church planting efforts among the Mestizo people of Guayas. By training and equipping national believers to plant churches among their own people, IMB missionaries are passing the torch to Ecuadorian believers.
