An IMB emeritus missionary, and a believer from Tokyo Baptist Church, provide warm blankets to a tsunami survivor in Ishinomaki, Japan. The government provided limited support for survivors whose homes were not deemed inhabitable. Many in these situations lacked basic necessities, such as blankets, to provide warmth during below-freezing winter nights.
