A Central Asian believer talks with the father of a Syrian refugee family he meets with on a regular basis. The men talk pressing matters as it relates to his six children and wife. The family was forced to escape war-torn Syria and make the 25-mile journey to the border of Jordan where they now live. The believer meets with refugee families, and many others like them, to share Christ through Bible storying, pray with them and is available to be a confidant. Being from the region and speaking the language goes a long way when relating to vulnerable refugees.
