A refugee reads Scripture aloud in class at Liberty Baptist Church in the Bidibidi refugee settlement. Bidibidi, in northwestern Uganda, is the second largest refugee settlement in the world. Edward Dima, president of the Baptist Convention of South Sudan, opened a Bible school in the camp in 2017 to provide theological education to leaders who are planting churches in the refugee camp blocks.
