(muh-NOWS) - Some believers often work in marginalized areas on the outskirts of the city. There is a mixture of people groups living in these areas: Brazilians, Venezuelan refugees, and people groups from the interior. This dynamic means that they are striving to plant multi-ethnic (and sometimes multi-language) churches in these areas. Pray for unity in each of these church-planting efforts as they work in this multi-ethnic context.

(TAH-jeeks) - Spring has sprung! Tajikistan is filled with beautiful flowers and green grass. Even as new life is being observed all around the country, ask the Lord to bring new life to many nonbelievers in the cities and in the villages! Please pray Ezekiel 36:26 (ESV) for unbelieving Tajiks: "And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh."

The Prabhu Patane community of about 69,000 people are doctors, engineers, architects, politicians, stage and film artists, and musicians. This leads some believers in the area to assume that members of this unengaged, unreached people group are walking among them and shopping at the same markets, eating in the same restaurants, and walking the same streets, but they have not yet identified or found any of them. Pray for the believers to locate a group of Prabu Patane. Ask for the Prabu Patane to seek truth and purpose. Pray that the Lord will be faithful to open doors to the gospel, soften hearts, and provide "people and homes of peace" (Luke 10:6). Pray for there to be a church-planting movement among the Prabhu Patane!

The Gosain are an unreached people group located in northern India in the state of Himachal Pradesh. They are devotees of the Hindu god Shiva and often work within the temples. Pray against the strongholds that Satan has among this people group. Please intercede for Gosain priests along with their families, asking that God will encounter each one of them in a powerful way. Pray that the Gosain will come to realize the futility of their worship and the reality that their works can never guarantee their salvation.

(MOP-lah) - The Mappila are a Muslim people group numbering more than 10 million in the southern state of Kerala, India. Of the small number of born-again, evangelical believers in Kerala, many are scared or unwilling to share the gospel with their Muslim neighbors. Please pray that the Lord will give His followers a spirit of confidence to be bold witnesses for His glory to be made known among the Mappila people. Pray for pastors in Kerala to model and encourage their members also to model the love of Christ by inviting all types of seekers to witness what a Christ follower's home and life looks like. Psalm 150:6 (ESV) says: "Let everything that has breath praise the LORD!" Pray that many Mappila will come to know and praise Him.

(foo-koo-OH-kah) - Pray for four high school students of Seinan Jo Gakuin as they wrap up their exchange program experience with a Baptist academy in Tennessee. Pray for a good impression and lasting friendships as well as hearts to be moved toward accepting the gospel as truth in their own personal lives. Pray that they become good advocators for continuing this program in the future. Continue to pray that Charming, the new believing high schooler, will be a strong witness for Jesus Christ in Japan after her experience in Chattanooga, Tennessee, with this exchange program. Pray for Japanese leaders of Seinan Jo Gakuin who are strong brothers and sisters in Christ. Pray that they will be wise as they promote this program and that many local students will show interest each December, when the leaders are recruiting students for the program. May God help this Christian school, built by Southern Baptists 102 years ago and supported by Southern Baptists today, to stand firm in the community of Kitakyushu, with increasing numbers of new students each year.

(EH-muh-rah-tee) - In Luke 18:18 (ESV), a ruler asked Jesus, "Good Teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?" Several verses later, he walked away from Jesus, feeling sad because the cost was too great for him. Many Emirati Arabs are extremely wealthy, and the cost of following Jesus by faith is great for them, as well. Please ask God to open their eyes to see the truth and beauty of Jesus, and pray for them to follow Him by faith so they can have eternal life. Many other Emirati Arabs are not wealthy. Although wealth doesn't create an obstacle for them, traditional beliefs, family and societal pressures, and sometimes even self-righteousness hinder them from listening to the gospel. Ask God to open the eyes and hearts of these people, too, so they will hear the gospel and understand as well as perceive its beauty. Pray for Emirati Arabs, whether rich or poor, to follow Jesus!

(DEE-goh) - Pray for the Digo people living along the east coast of Africa, and intercede for a potential partnership with a group of volunteers who specialize in serving children with special needs and their families. As they experience the love of Jesus through the hands and feet of volunteers, pray that these Digo families will long to follow the one and only Messiah, Jesus Christ. "Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few" (Matthew 7:13-14 ESV).

Recently, the Deaf ministry team in a Southeast Asian country had a big feast for all the Deaf churches in the area. After the feast, they led a church service, and the believers started a new "tradition" of creating a worship song using the Scripture they learned that week as the basis for the song. They've continued that tradition, preferring to worship after the Scripture sharing instead of before it. It's exciting to see them take on more responsibilities of the church and to take ownership of it. Praise God for how He is working among the Deaf believers there! Pray for their continued growth in Him and for boldness to share God's stories with other Deaf.

(KAYP town) - Evangelism happens in many ways. Missionary Gail Davis serves in Cape Town and uses digital means of evangelism. When she went online to answer people's questions about Jesus and how to become a Christian, she met Tricia, who lives in South Africa. Tricia wanted to know how to have hope. After a long conversation about having the hope that the world gives and finding true hope through faith in Jesus, Tricia professed faith in Him. Tricia is an introvert, and it took her a while to ask a final question. When Gail told her that she should pray, confessing her sins to God and professing her faith in Jesus, Tricia asked, "Is this service going to cost me anything?" Gail's immediate answer was, "No. Salvation is free to anyone who believes in Jesus. He paid the price." The prosperity gospel is leading people astray. It impoverishes the poor even more and is keeping them from receiving salvation. Tricia found no hope in it. Ask God to lead more lost people like Tricia to His true followers so the unsaved can hear the gospel and receive salvation. Ask God to grow Tricia's faith and heal her from her physical disease.

The KGBI (Indonesian Convention of Baptist Churches) held a mission conference in North Sulawesi at the end of February. Please join in praise for a great time of fellowship, and pray for the future mission conferences around Indonesia in 2024 and 2025. Ask God to bless those churches as they worship Him and impact lostness around them.
