This month, Arabs will observe Eid al-Adha (Feast of Sacrifice), in which they will sacrifice an animal in remembrance of the Islamic interpretation of the sacrifice of Abraham’s son. Bloodstained streets will serve as a stark reminder that the wages of sin is death. “It is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins” (Hebrews 10:4 ESV), but the sacrifice of the Lamb is sufficient to redeem all who call on Him. Would you pray that the Arab tribes will accept the gift of the gospel of peace?
