Local believers all over the Asia Pacific Rim join with workers to advance the gospel. One local believer shares, “Each week, we step out from our churches, trusting that God can use ordinary believers like us in His work. When we join a cross-cultural team in villages not indigenous to our country, we help navigate cultural challenges, translate, and lead much of the ministry. Some of us serve children by singing simple songs like ‘Jesus Loves Me,’ sharing stories from the Children’s Storybook Bible, and guiding them in prayer. This partnership we have with workers is a gift, and we are grateful to serve together. Please stand with us in prayer and pray regularly for those who serve each week, that we will be encouraged through long hours of ministry and see God clearly at work in our lives as we serve others living in our own dear countries in the Asia-Pacific Rim.”
