In a country with more than 1.4 billion people and where the majority people group makes up 90 percent of the population, there is vast lostness among minority groups scattered throughout the land. Although only a little more than 2% of the majority people group is considered Christian, this percentage is greater than that of the minority groups. Ask the Lord to raise up believers from this people group for the harvest fields among “the least of these.” Pray believers will have hearts that desire to reach into the darkness with the love of Jesus (Matthew 25:40). Ask the Lord to begin to burden the souls of Christians to step across ethnic barriers and present the gospel, which is for all the peoples of the earth, and that many will hear the gospel and put their faith and trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
