After studying how the Messiah came to fulfill the promises to Adam and Eve, Abraham, and Moses, a refugee named Faith has been walking through one of the Gospels in a Bible study led by believers. “The story of Jesus forgiving the woman caught in adultery is the best story we’ve studied so far because if Jesus can forgive her and not condemn her–even though He had the power to condemn her because He has never sinned–then that gives me hope that all my sins can be forgiven!” Faith said recently. “He won’t condemn me either if I believe that He has the power to forgive my sins like she did.” This hope has led Faith to proclaim Jesus and His life to others. “These stories are very important, and I share them with my friends and neighbors to give them hope,” she says. Pray that Faith will continue to grow in the knowledge of Jesus daily and that she will boldly and faithfully multiply her efforts to share the good news among her people group and beyond.
