(BANG-kok) – Sally is one of the young women that has been visiting regularly after attending Blessed Way’s Valentine’s Outreach in February. Recently, she came to the ministry house where team members have been teaching her English; and when she walked through the door, she had tears running down her face. “I’m on the phone with my mom,” she explained, “My dad just died.” That day happened to be a special crafts day, which had a large turnout of women from the red-light district. Despite the crowd, she looked up from her phone and, smiling at our team, said, “I didn’t know what to do when I got the call thirty minutes ago. But I knew I could come here; I felt like I needed to be here.” Please pray for Sally. She has yet to make a decision to follow the Lord, but we are so grateful that she feels seen and safe around our team members and are praying that she would come to understand that the “difference” she feels is not anything of this world, but from Christ, who loves her and wants her to know Him.
