Cape Town, South Africa

(KAYP town) – Over several months this year, Gleemoor Baptist Church in Cape Town, with the help of Send Relief and a missionary, dug a community well so that a township could have clean water. Drilling and landscaping around the well, as well as providing seats and jobs for the community members, created goodwill and opened doors for the gospel to be shared. People professed faith in Jesus as their Savior, recommitted themselves to the Lord, and asked for help in breaking away from the prison of addiction. Thank you for giving so that many people could experience the love of God and His saving and freeing power in their lives. Praise God for the salvation that He gives lavishly through the Living Water–His Son, Jesus Christ! “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed” (Luke 4:18 ESV).
