Three years ago, you were asked to pray for Ali and Zeynep, a young couple who had suffered greatly. They were curious about Jesus, and some of Ali’s Muslim friends who had come to faith in Jesus were sharing the gospel with him, and he was listening. Ali and Zeynep have had the opportunity to see the love of Christ in believers from their own culture as well as other cultures. They are very warm and fun to be around and used to ask questions and seek the truth. Over the past year, however, their questions have stopped. They have a copy of the Word in their own language now. Would you pray that whatever is holding them back will be removed and that Ali and Zeynep will have the faith to believe? Pray that they will both read the Word in their home, and pray that their whole household will choose to believe.
