“A man sat with a woman across from us on the train, playing with a cube-shaped puzzle toy,” a worker shared. “My husband, Walter, showed them an evangelistic puzzle card and shared the gospel with them. They politely listened and took the evangelism card as a gift. Then they said, ‘We have a question. What do you think about homosexuals?’ Walter responded, ‘Let’s see what the Bible says about that.’ They read a couple of passages of Scripture with him and then replied, ‘We were born this way… we just love each other the way we are, and we spread love around.’ One of them said, ‘I am a fanatic of the Bible, but they have changed the Bible through the years.’ The train had pulled to a stop, and the conversation had to end there. With a warm thank you and goodbye, they got off the train. We meet couples like this frequently. Many people in Spain either support homosexuality or practice homosexuality themselves. Pray with us that the Lord will help us and our Chinese brothers and sisters reach across cultural lines and worldviews with the gospel. Lord, please bring them to conviction, repentance, and faith in Christ, and save them for Your glory!”
