Early each Monday morning, Romaisa and another, more mature believer meet to read the Word and pray. Because she is the unmarried daughter in the family, she is expected to take care of the adult brothers, the home, and the family’s rental house. She is shamed for never doing it well enough and for being “good for nothing.” Even though she has been a believer and was baptized several years ago, she is just now beginning to grow in her faith since she has made these early morning meetings a priority. Thank the Lord for the believer who loves her and has persistently encouraged her to meet to study the words of life! Thank the Lord for her willingness to finally realize how much she needs the discipleship! Please pray for Romaisa as she carries the heavy load of responsibility for her family. Ask that she will be set free from the lies that tell her that she is never good enough to be loved and that she is of no value. Pray that her eyes will be open to understanding as she studies the truth and is taught that her value is in Christ, who made her in His image.
