On this trip, Penelope will be seeking the Lord’s guidance concerning whether He is calling her to serve in a new location. Pray that their time together will be uplifting and encouraging. Ask for clarity and discernment as they explore whether that country is where the Lord is leading her to serve. Penelope writes: “Pray for meaningful connections with Deaf people in that country. Ask that we will have opportunities to learn from their culture and worldview and, in return, be an encouragement to them as we share the good news.”
