“And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you” (1 Peter 5:10 ESV). Many brothers and sisters in Christ are enduring a difficult time of persecution. Pray they would know that their suffering is for a limited time. These Christians are highly monitored and pressured to not follow Jesus. Pray for God to restore, confirm, strengthen and establish these Christians. Pray that they find God’s strength to suffer well and, in so doing, draw others to faith in Jesus as well.
