(DEE-goh) – The Islamic month of Ramadan ended in mid-March on the East African coast. It’s a month devoted to praying and fasting during the hours of the day when the sun is out. Muslims pray for Allah to reveal himself to them. Many people have dreams and visions of a “Man in White” during this time, but they can sometimes be reluctant, especially during what they consider to be a holy month, to seek out an explanation. Please pray that the Digo who prayed for Allah to reveal himself, or those who had a dream or vision, will have the courage to find a Christian who can explain who Jesus is or else secure a copy of the Bible and begin reading about salvation through Jesus Christ alone. “And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12 ESV). May they know that Jesus Christ is the only way to be saved.
