A new group of students from China arrived on May 27 to begin a two‑month intensive program at the University of Toronto Scarborough focused on English language studies, along with Canadian history and culture, before beginning classes for the fall semester. “We are excited about the opportunity our team has been given to host activities where these students can practice their English with native speakers and learn more about living in North America. We will be hosting weekly game nights through the end of July. Please pray that these game nights will allow us to connect with many of these students and develop meaningful friendships. Pray also that we will have many opportunities to share our faith and encourage these newcomers to join us in studying the Bible to learn more about our Lord. Please pray that our team will be found faithful as we serve during this precious opportunity.”
