Missionaries write, “The Chinese students participating in the ‘Green Path’ program at the University of Toronto Scarborough arrived at the end of May and have been immersed in a new culture and way of life. As they adjust to living in North America, some students have shared that the experience has caused them to reflect on the freedoms they enjoy here — not only political freedoms, but also the freedom to explore faith, ask questions, and learn about Jesus and His teachings. Each Thursday evening, our team spends time with a group of these students through games, conversations, and relationship-building opportunities. These gatherings provide natural opportunities for us to share our personal testimonies and present the gospel. Please pray that as these students explore life in Toronto, they will also encounter the truth of God’s Word, come to understand the message of salvation, and place their faith in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Ask the Holy Spirit to open their hearts and minds to the gospel and draw them to Himself. Please also pray that our team will be faithful, loving, and bold as we share the greatest news that they will ever hear: the good news of Jesus Christ.”
