(EH-kwuh TOR-ee-ul GIH-nee) – Equatorial Guinea is the only African nation for which Spanish is the official language. Although French and Portuguese are also spoken, approximately 90% of the 1.5 million inhabitants of the country speak Spanish. It is the language used in schools, the government, and the media. Give thanks to God that a Spanish-language Bible is widely available! Pray for Equatorial Guineans to have a hunger to read and understand God’s Word and choose to follow the Savior, who is its leading character.
