“Last year, at a Lead Global pastors’ wives conference in Kenya, women gathered for worship, fellowship, and teaching,” writes the Lead Global Training Team. “It was a special time, but also difficult. We discovered that pastors’ wives are suffering. Many of these women feel isolated and unequipped for their role. Some have obediently followed their husbands without a call of their own. Some live in situations with marriage struggles. Some serve in churches with division and disunity. Please pray for the pastors’ wives in Kenya. Pray that will endure with joy and that they will serve their churches and families well. This month, pastors’ wives will be gathering for another conference provided by the Baptist Convention of Kenya. Pray for the upcoming conference. Ask that those attending will be encouraged and refreshed and challenged. Pray for all the speakers to be Spirit led and to proclaim the true Word of the Lord with boldness.
