With much excitement, members of the Lead Global Training Team attended the commissioning of a new global missionary partner (GMP). They watched as church leadership prayed for Florance and officially sent her to the mission field. The day was exciting and long awaited. Many Africans feel called to go and serve in cross-cultural missions. For them to see this vision realized, they need a supportive church who will send them. They need prayers and financial support. They also need teams on the mission field to receive them and provide community and partnership for them. Please pray for missionaries to request GMP partners. Pray for healthy churches that are willing to send missionaries. Pray for those who are called and awaiting the resources to go, asking that the Lord will provide all that these missionaries need. Today, pray for Florance. She answered the call and arrived in her country of service in October. Already she is facing political unrest while trying to adjust to her new home. As she faces these challenges so soon after arrival, pray for her to cling to God and experience His great care and provision. Pray that God will be glorified as she learns to rest in His sovereignty.
